 Under the supervision of a registered nurse, a Home Health Aide is responsible for taking care of a patient at home. Duties such as the following are included in this program:

Occupational Therapist evaluate the patient's ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), patient's safety at home and identifies challenges that prevent the patient from being independent.  The Occupational Therapist then develops a program to address these issues in order to reach the patient's optimal functional level.  The O

Common diagnosis seen by Occupational Therapy may include:

Medical Social Services can provide you and your family with:

  • Assist the patient, family or caregiver in the resolution of social or emotional problems through the assessment of community and or financial resources.
  • Provide counseling related to relationships and or personal matters on a short term basis.
